Stage 1 – Contact us

What information will you require?

What type of enquiry you have, when did it commence, details of any amounts HMRC indicate you may owe them?

Do you want to see any correspondence?

No, at the outset we only require a summary of your circumstances – please do not send us copies of any correspondence.

Is there any minimum size to the work you will take on?

No, there is no minimum size case we will accept but we do have a minimum fee of £3,000 plus VAT.

Stage 2 – Meet us

Can I bring my accountant along to the meeting?

Of course. We regularly work alongside client’s existing accountants and advisors.

Can we get going without an initial meeting?

Unfortunately not. Before we take on any case we prefer to meet our potential clients in person so that we can both get to know each other. This will give you the chance to find out a little more about us as well allowing us to discuss your case.

What if I need a second meeting?

That’s fine with us. In fact we will suggest we meet over the course of our work so that you remain updated.
Our offices in North West London have good road and tube links and available parking.

Stage 3 – Success

How does ‘No Success no Fee’ work?

If you are not entirely satisfied that your case is moving towards a positive conclusion then we will refund your fees.

Do you have a minimum fee?

Yes we do – our minimum fixed fee arrangement is £3,000 plus VAT.

Can you tell me what your fixed fee will be before we meet?

Once you have provided us with an outline of your circumstances you are welcome to ask for an indication of our charges. Any fee quoted before we meet should only be taken as a guide.
