Any offers or price quotations published may change over time and whilst we endeavour to keep the Website up to date we will not be obliged to agree to any such terms if the website requires updating.
Fixed fee pricing
We offer to accept instructions on the basis of a fixed fee arrangement. This means that we will quote you a fixed fee for our services to cover the period from our engagement through the following twelve months.
At the end of the twelve month period we will invite you to renew your instructions by invoicing you a further fixed fee amount to cover the twelve month period thereafter, should this be relevant.
We reserve the right to adjust the amount of the ‘fixed fee’ for any period after the first twelve months, at our discretion, where we consider this is merited by the work involved.
Our fees exclude VAT and disbursements.
We reserve the right not to accept instructions whether on a fixed fee basis or any other terms.
No success no fee
Our advertising slogan is connected with our Fee Refund Pledge. This operates for a period of twelve months from when we first meet you. See directly below for further details.
Fee refund pledge
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with the service you receive from us then, on receipt of your request in writing to disengage our services, we will offer you a refund of any fixed fee you have paid to us less a deduction to cover our admin costs.
Such admin costs will be calculated at our discretion and will be based on the circumstances of your instructions and in any event will not exceed £250.
Our Fee Refund Pledge is available for a period of twelve months from the earlier of the date of any initial meeting at our offices or from the date we receive your instructions.
Nothing contained above affects your statutory rights.
We offer a ‘no obligation no cost’ initial consultation for potential clients. As there may be circumstances when we are unable to offer this service, for example but not limited to, where we do not have available ‘meeting slots’ or are not at the time accepting new instructions, all initial consultations are offered and made available entirely at our discretion.

This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
